Ellen is a highly accomplished access consultant with over 17 years of experience working with public, private and community organisations to improve access and inclusion everyone. As a Neuro-Inclusive Specialist, Ellen combines her professional and lived-experience to educate, guide and advise within the rapidly evolving area of Design for Neurodiversity.
Ellen also thrives in the dynamic area of Festivals and Events, where her extensive experience and understanding of the practicalities of temporary event infrastructure enables her to provide advice in real time, on site and under pressure.
Ellen is a skilled communicator, she tailors her specialist advice to suit a diverse audience – ranging from building industry professionals, project managers, business owners, government officers, academics, tradespeople, peak bodies and community members.
She builds trust through conversation and has a common-sense approach to problem solving within the disability access legislative framework. Ellen’s clients value her meticulous attention to detail, diligence, organisational skills – and her ‘above and beyond’ approach to project delivery. From the smallest queries to large complex, long-term projects, Ellen approaches her work with professionalism and warmth.
