Green Star Inclusive Design

How We Help You Achieve Green Star Points

We support organisations to achieve Green Star points by demonstrating inclusive design outcomes and stakeholder engagement that align with Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) requirements.

We work with project teams from early design stages through to documentation to ensure inclusive accessible and user-centred design features are clearly demonstrated for Green Star submission.

Case Study

Green Star assessment at La Trobe University Bundoora Clinical Teaching Building

Working alongside Woods Bagot, we supported (or Architecture & Access) the design to meet Green Star Buildings – Design for Inclusion requirements, ensuring the building delivered welcoming, legible and equitable outcomes for diverse users.

Inclusive design strategies were embedded throughout the project, with evidence prepared to demonstrate how the building goes beyond minimum compliance to support access for all users.
“Clinical environments can be overwhelming – spaces that offer clarity, calm and choice make a meaningful difference to how people feel and navigate the building.”

Design Response:

Inclusive strategies addressed arrival, circulation, amenities, wayfinding and egress, supporting Green Star Inclusion outcomes credit.
