To help keep us connected with our clients, we are excited to announce Peter Smith has joined the Architecture & Access team. Peter’s role involves fostering client relationships and educating them about the range of services offered by Architecture & Access.
Peter also leads the management of our comprehensive fee proposals. His extensive experience as an Architect, Project Manager, and Business Development leader informs and supports the proposal process. Peter is mindful of all aspects of proposals, including the client’s brief, budgets, design, and compliance. With more than 40 years of professional practice, he has been closely involved in the detailed development of built social infrastructure across a range of sectors, including healthcare, residential aged care, education and leisure.
Peter is a perfect match for Architecture & Access. With a deep understanding of the life-cycle of a project, Peter is able to relate to clients and can confidently discuss topics that are of commercial importance across all sectors.
