This year has been a transformative one for us at Architecture & Access. We are excited to share some of our key milestones with you:
- We welcomed a new Business Development Coordinator to focus on the growth of Access and assist in marketing the Architecture & Access brand.
- Our teams underwent a significant restructuring, transitioning into Pods with new pod leaders appointed, creating a new tier of management.
- We made a significant investment in Salesforce, successfully implementing it to enhance our operations and client interactions.
- We also invested heavily in staff leadership training, ensuring our team is equipped with the skills to serve you better.
- We have continued to invest in our Quality Management system to ensure that all of our services meet the high standards that you expect.
- We implemented a Workplace Giving Program to support 5 organisations who provide support to a variety of communities. Some of our staff have also volunteered their time and benefitted greatly from the experience.
- Thanks to these efforts and the support of our clients, we have achieved a profitable performance this year.
