Our Team
Our team of home modification specialists includes architects, building and interior designers, and project managers with specialist knowledge in designing for people with disability and people ageing in place.
Our home modification specialist project managers have knowledge of the standards that relate specifically to designing for people with disability including:
- AS1428.1 Design for access and mobility
- SDA Design Standards (National Disability Insurance Scheme, October 2019)
- LHA (Livable Housing Association) Design Guidelines
Our team is experienced in designing for people with a range of physical disabilities, people with challenging behaviours that require Robust design solutions, and people with degenerative conditions including dementia.
We have extensive knowledge of the specialist fixtures, fittings and equipment needed to create a safe environment for people to enjoy their independence. Our designs also include assistive technology and home automation systems where required.
