Carrie Lim – Senior Access Consultant
Carrie is a qualified architect who brings over a decade of extensive experience in the construction industry to her role as an Architect and Access Consultant. Carrie’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Planning & Design and a Diploma of Access Consulting.
When Carrie was asked to explain why what she does is so important, Carrie’s condensed response says it all, “Converting the ‘why to ‘why not’ one space at a time”.
Carrie is dedicated to working closely with a diverse array of clients, ensuring that each proposed development integrates thoughtful and inclusive design solutions that cater to the needs of all individuals.
Diana Iezzi – Access Consultant
Diana has 20 years of experience in the architectural industry managing diverse projects and undertaking complex stakeholder engagement. A qualified access consultant and architect, Diana has extensive experience gained from working on small and large residential projects including Specialist Disability Accommodation, education, religious and community buildings and undertaking commercial fitouts.
Diana’s credentials include a Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Environmental Design and Access Consulting qualifications. Recently Diana became an Accredited Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) assessor. With this Diana has the authority to confirm that designs or final as-built structures comply with the SDA design standard.
“I have learnt that challenges can be overcome through a combination of creative and critical thinking and that good design equals inclusivity for everyone”, explains Diana.
Diana has great passion for contributing to the creation of built environments which are accessible to everyone regardless of age or ability.
