Professional development for our General Manager
Architecture & Access General Manager Allison Crunden recently graduated from the Australian institute of Company Directors (AICD) Company Directors Course. The course was an investment made by Allison and Architecture & Access to ensure the required skills and knowledge exist within the business to support long-term business strategy.
Chris Porter, Director, Architecture & Access explains “It was important for our General Manager to receive the AICD course qualifications as it illustrates the development of Architecture & Access and the importance we place on the management of our business.
Architecture & Access is rapidly growing, and as the leader in our field, it is critical that our General Manager has the skills to facilitate sound decision making and ensure governance best practice.”
Each day Allison’s leadership abilities are put to the test. “The course has provided the knowhow and the tool kit I need to improve my governance, strategic, risk and financial knowledge, enabling discussions with the leadership team to enhance our performance, and to clearly understand the responsibilities we have within Architecture & Access and within the community”, explains Allison.
Chris Porter and Andrew Sanderson (Company Directors) together with Allison are committed to bringing together a robust multi-disciplinary team to offer our comprehensive suite of services to a diverse client base across Australia.
