Our General Manager, Allison, continues to share knowledge and empower people.
At Architecture, Access, we often talk about creating positive outcomes for people. It is a philosophy that guides our work every day, and one that extends well beyond our projects.
Our General Manager, Allison Crunden, has once again volunteered her time, skills and experience to support small business owners in the Pacific. Following her involvement in Fiji in 2024, Allison recently travelled to Port Vila, Vanuatu, as part of the YES Grow Vanuatu program, delivered by Australian Business Volunteers (ABV).
The program supports local business owners by providing practical training, mentoring and business development tools designed to strengthen their businesses, create employment opportunities and build resilience for the future.
As an experienced leader, Allison worked directly with local entrepreneurs, facilitating workshops and visiting businesses to better understand their operations, challenges and aspirations.
What makes Allison’s contribution especially meaningful is that her support does not end when the workshops conclude. Over the coming months, she will continue mentoring participants remotely, helping them put their plans into action and navigate the challenges that come with growing a business.
This commitment reflects something we value deeply at Architecture & Access: sharing knowledge to create lasting positive change.
We are incredibly proud of Allison and her continued contribution through ABV. Her willingness to give back, combined with her ‘can do’ approach and genuine care for others, embodies the values that define our team and the culture we strive to foster every day.
