At our organisation, we believe in nurturing talent—not just within our team, but also among the families that support us. Today, we’re excited to introduce three young individuals who are connected to our workplace through their parents and are already making their mark in different ways and just happened to all be visiting the office at the same time.
Liam: Cybersecurity Enthusiast
Liam is the son of our General Manager (Allison Crunden) and he is currently studying Cybersecurity and has joined us part-time to gain hands-on experience in the field. His passion for digital safety and his proactive approach have already made a positive impact on our cyber resilience. In addition to his technical contributions, Liam is also assisting with various administrative tasks, bringing a fresh perspective to his work. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to seeing how his skills continue to grow.
Sophie: Aspiring Administrator
Sophie is the daughter of our Senior Access Consultant (Sarah McCarthy) and is gaining valuable work experience in administration, supporting our team with day-to-day operations. Her attention to detail and eagerness to learn have made her a great addition to the office environment. Whether it’s organising files or helping with scheduling, Sophie is building a strong foundation for a future career in business administration. We’re proud to be part of her journey.
Ellie: Future Star in the Making
Ellie is the daughter of our Access Leader (Cathryn Grant). Ellie may be the youngest of the group, but she’s already showing curiosity about the world of work. Currently still in school, Ellie isn’t quite ready to join the team just yet—but who knows what the future holds? With her bright personality and inquisitive nature, we wouldn’t be surprised if she one day decides to follow in her parent’s footsteps and become part of our organisation.
These young individuals remind us of the importance of mentorship, opportunity, and the value of family connections in the workplace. We’re proud to support them as they explore their interests and build their futures.
