This project has been the biggest change and financial investment to occur since we brought together two organisations 12 years ago to form Architecture & Access.

We are excited and pleased to have gone live on our new IT platform Salesforce!
The decision to transition to a new information system is not just about technology; it’s about shaping our future, enhancing efficiency and empowering our teams to deliver the amazing work that inspires us every day.
Key reasons for the new IT system include:
- seamless collaboration
- integration of customer relationship management, project management and document creation
- customer-centric approach
- innovation and agility
- security and resilience
- scalability
- better data to support decision making
- improved project delivery and flexibility
As with all new systems there will be some growing pains in the early phases of implementation. Our implementation team will continue to be responsive and address any issues that occur. Due to their hard work and dedication, we are expecting minimal issues.
“Our new IT system is more than lines of code; it’s an investment in our collective future”.
Anderw Sanderson, Director at Architecture & Access
Our clients will experience some changes and improvements, mostly in the way of document and proposal delivery and management.
We have also integrated PandaDoc into Salesforce. PandaDoc is an all-in-one document automation software and will improve document workflows, insights and speed while delivering a satisfying experience for our clients. It allows us to streamline our process and to create, approve, and eSign documents. Proposals, reports, contracts and all other documents are now created in PandaDoc.
